Fee Schedule
Effective date: August 20, 2026
1. FormLab platform fee
FormLab charges its own platform fee on each transaction. The default rate is 7% of the transaction amount.
Rates may vary by account. Some coaches are on negotiated or grandfathered rates, some accounts are subject to promotional or capped rates, and subscriptions priced at zero incur no FormLab fee at all. A coach’s own current rate is always shown on their account’s fee page.
2. Payment processing fee
Stripe, the payment processor, charges a separate processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. This fee is assessed directly by Stripe, independently of FormLab’s platform fee, and FormLab does not receive it.
Coaches are the merchant of record for charges made on their own connected Stripe account.
3. What the coach receives
A coach receives the transaction amount less both fees: FormLab’s platform fee and Stripe’s processing fee.
These are two separate deductions assessed by two different companies. They are not a single combined percentage, and FormLab’s platform fee does not include or cover Stripe’s processing fee.
4. Changes to this schedule
FormLab may change the default platform fee rate. The current default rate is always the one published on this page.
Stripe’s processing fee is set by Stripe, not by FormLab, and is subject to Stripe’s own terms.
